Shipping
Customers will be provided with their delivery date once you have added the items to your cart.
Delivery locations
- Junior Genius Global delivers to all emirates in the UAE.
- We do not yet ship internationally.
Delivery charges
- Delivery costs incurred are included in overall cost of product and or service.
- We reserve the right to add additional charges for failed and rescheduled deliveries.
Delivery Details
- Customers can choose their desired delivery location once you have added the items to your cart and will
be provided with delivery date.
- Our courier partners unfortunately cannot commit to delivering items at a customer's specific time.
- Deliveries tend to occur between 8.30pm and 4pm, occasionally there may be delayed deliveries up until
7pm.
- While we will try to deliver all of our orders on the specific date as provided. Please understand that we
use 3rd party couriers and from time to time they experience issues which may cause a delay.

Please can you ensure that you leave a local contact number during the checkout for the courier to arrange
delivery
Returns
- Returns are only applicable when an item in the collection is damaged or faulty.
- In this case, the full collection must be returned within 3 days of receipt.
- If an item is faulty, please email your Order Number & the reason or description of the fault to
info@juniorgeniusglobal.com
- You will then be provided with instructions for a return address.
- Returns are processed within 72 hours of receipt to us, you will receive communication regarding replacement
of the collection and new delivery date.
Monthly Subscription
- Monthly memberships are prorated and the billing date is the 1st of each month.
- Monthly subscribers will receive their monthly services on **** of each month via email.
- To cancel a membership you can do so by emailing info@juniorgeniusglobal.com with a minimum notice period of
30 days.
