What makes us different

Junior Genius Global was co-founded in 2020 by Andrea Jebb and Christine Clinton, driven by their shared passion for fostering true and meaningful wellness for children. Andrea, the owner and operator of Junior Genius Ireland, brings extensive experience as an Early Years Educator and single parent. Recognizing the importance of prioritising wellness in the formative years, Andrea introduced wellness routines early on, witnessing transformative effects in her classroom and at home.

Drawing from her experience with 400 children ranging from birth to 5 years of age and a dedicated staff of 70 early childhood educators, Andrea understood the challenges faced by busy parents in prioritising self-care and family well-being. As parents themselves, Andrea and Christine recognized the need for comprehensive family support and created a program based on the concept of the triangle of learning, providing equal support for the child, the parent, and the caregiver/teacher.

Through Andrea's vision and partnership with Christine Clinton, Chair of the Global Wellness for Children Initiative, Junior Genius Global launched a pilot study at Junior Genius Childcare, Ireland's first Early Years Wellness School. The study revealed remarkable outcomes, including increased engagement, improved emotional intelligence, effective self-regulation, and stronger connections among students and teachers. Inspired by these results, Andrea and Christine continue their mission to promote wellness practices that empower children to embrace diversity, cultivate resilience, and thrive in all aspects of their lives.
